  I'm so satisfied with the full bond & carpet steam cleaning. Great communication, excellent job and focus on single details. I gave them a checklist from my real estate agency so I did not have to fix anything after that and got a full refund of my bond deposit. Great job! Thanks guys!

  I booked this company for a bond clean of a 4 bedroom, 2 bedroom house, and was quoted $890. They had asked for the address so that they could look at the place online, so I assumed their quote was accurate.
  
  On the day of the clean, they said that the total cost would instead be $1440, and would take multiple days due to unanticipated size and some cleanliness issues they had which would require extra work, and they were not going to be able to return to finish it until after the end of our lease.
  
  I am very disappointed that there was such a massive change and that it wouldn't be finished in time for the end of our lease, and we ended up requesting a refund, as we had already paid upfront. Not only that, but it took them at least 30-40 minutes to confirm the price on the morning of the clean, which resulted in me being late to work.
  
  Under no circumstances would I recommend them, as they don't provide an accurate quote before they start a clean, which may lead to you getting stung due to a lack of time before the end of your lease.

  Our experience with this group was nothing short of terrible.
  
  We had a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house which we were quoted $750 for the whole clean. We paid the amount in full as required 48 hours prior to their arrival.
  
  When the cleaners arrived they complained the house was “not empty” and “had too much activity on site” although 90% of the house was empty and upstairs being completely empty. Instead he continued to complain saying he had a “set routine”, which included doing all the dusting of the whole house first etc. I am not sure why he couldn’t start upstairs first, perhaps start in the bathrooms.
  
  After hearing this bloke whinge for 5 minutes I told him he can either push on and get it done or take off. He opted for the latter and left us high and dry.
  
  Thankfully our agents were able to organise an alternate cleaner who arrived not long after and saved the day. The cleaner called the job a “unicorn” saying the place was in superb condition in cleaners’ eyes and was very easy to touch up. Better still their fee was only $550!
